Assistant Manager - Credit Management (Mumbai)

Job Description

Hi,

This is with Regards to Opening for Assistant Manager - Credit Management for Mumbai for a Inflight Catering Company from Zurich (Gate Gourmet) known in india by Skygourmet Catering Pvt. Ltd.

Title : Assistant Manager - Credit Management (Could be grade 9 or 10) reporting to the CFO

Location : Mumbai

Responsibilities

Responsible for maintaining consolidated view of Account Receivables (AR) for Skygourmet as well as Mumbai; produce periodic reports including ageing

Responsible for strategic analyses that support business decisions at the Corporate level

Maintain and update invoice level billed, received, and outstanding for each customer in each location; produce periodic reports on billing status

Interface with the Commercial department to resolve invoicing and collection challenges; and conduct reconciliation of outstanding amounts with customer accounts

Review and update organization on AR position and challenges including deviations from contractual terms

Responsible for maintaining the customer master data in SAP & SACS system

Maintaining customer credit history/ customer profiles including financials 

Qualifications

Accounting/ Finance undergraduate degree; ICWA  or CA(Intermediate) would be a plus

Excellent knowledge of Excel

Strong communication skills

Good presence and ability to deal with our customers

Ability to work with multiple functions in the organization, team player

Knowledge of SAP is preferred / user level working experience of any ERP must

Work experience of minimum 3 years in AR/ credit management function

Target CTC  10 lacs per year
