Achieving Sales Target
Achieving sales target through self business & the team of advisors
Recruitment& Business Call on daily basis
Help achieving target for his/her team
Building Distribution (Not mandatory for FirstThree Months)
Team Building with prospective Advisors
Identify potential distribution channel
Expand existing network
Develop newones
Team Management
Setting the targets for his/her own team
Arranging 50hrs training towards FC licensing
Showing leadership skills to manage the team and guide properly
Desired Candidate Profile:
Age group 22 - 35 yrs
Any Graduate
Minimum 6 months of experience in any field sales(Go To Customer Sales)
Must be from Mumbai and Should have the good contacts in Mumbai
Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
