Location: Chennai, Vellore, Trichy, Coimbatore, Madurai & Rest of Tamil Nadu
CTC: 1.75lacs - 2.60lacs + Bonus + Incentives.
Job Description:
1) You have to recruit Insurance agents from your own contacts & network.
2) You have to guide & help your team in closing the sale for both Insurance & Investment products.
3) You have to handle the team.
4) Achieve business targets.
Desired Candidates profile;
1) Must be a Graduate/Post Graduate/ 10+2+ 3yrs of education is a must.
2) Minimum of 1yr of sales experience.
3) Experience in handling a team is preferable.
4) Must be a localite for minimum 2yrs & above.
5) Excellent contact & good communication is a must.
