Job Description

    Primary role of servicing customers by taking telephonic orders for the supply of various types of fish 
    Understanding  business and relationship marketing requirements
    Generate revenues by acquiring new customers by pro actively contacting them for their requirements of fish.
    Collecting the feed back from customers regarding the product and service quality parameters
    Data analysis
    Working knowledge of Ms Word, Excel & Power Point
    Strong background of Customer Service
    Experience in handing different CRMs & six sigma methodologies preferred
    Ability to handle escalations and pacify irate customers.
    Excellent verbal and written English and Tamil language capability. Good logical reasoning and analytical abilities.

Desired Candidate Profile:
     An experience of 1 to 3 years will be required in a reputed BPO / Call Centre as a Telecaller.

     Excellent verbal and written English and Tamil language capability. Knowledge of HIndi and other Indian languages
     will be an asset.
