Responsibilities;

    Relationship Manager (RM)

1. Lead Generation
2. Customer Acquisition
3. Delivering Product details to prospective customers
4. Call closing
5. Post closure servicing if necessary

    Unit Managers (UM)
1. Managing team constituting of RMs
2. Maintaining the pre-requisite team strength
3. Hand holding team members as and when required
4. Ensuring achievement of cumulative team target
5. Strong relationship building
6. Motivating Team   

Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Sales experience is mandatory for team handling positions.
2. Strong relationship Building.
3. Motivating Team.
4. Hand holding and providing training to  team members as and when required.
5. Driving Sales force to achieve business results.
6. Ensuring achievement of cumulative team target by planning, developing, implementing.
