Role :Technical Writer
Exp  :5 years
Type :Fulltime


1.      Work with the businessanalyst  & application team members to understand what users need& expect in terms of      applications and documentation.
2.      Accompany the BA in thecollection of requirements and visit with the users to understand how they dothe job      currently.
3.     Work with the businessanalyst to design and define the screens and reports. 
4.     Work together to makesure the fields flow in the right sequence, that the field labels are clear andeasily understood,and that any onscreen text or embedded help text isclear and concise.
5.     Using  screenmock-ups / requirements/  should be able  to develop thedocumentation.
6.       Able to create differenttypes of documentation like Technical specifications, product manuals, how-toguides,    Problem report etc
7.     Work with the trainingstaff to put together class materials, CBTs, demos, and other training

Qualifications :

a. Graduate in any discipline
b. Should have worked inlarge/overseas projects in similar roles
c. Should have good communicationskills and listening skills
d. Should have worked withinternational customers [preferably]
