Job Description

We have vacancy for the post of Corporate Management Trainee.
As a Management Trainee, freshers gets exposed to a generic 5 level training module which has been successfully implemented globally.

Level 1: Systems Client Representation, Time Management, Fear Management.
Level 2: Development into a Trainer.
Level 3: Development into Team Leader.
Level 4: Development into an Assistant Manager
Level 5: Development into a Manager.

Training period approx 8 to 10 months.
Earning Potential: 14-40 k per month.
