Job Description :
Voice & Network Analyst
JOB /ROLE PURPOSE:
Responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance and supportof Telecoms and Call center Infrastructure. Reports to Network and Servers TechnicalManager
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
  
Essential
          Ability to resolve1st & 2nd level Telecoms & Network infrastructure support calls
          Full Understandingof fundamental concepts of Voice and Call center technologies
          Minimum 2 to 3years experience (depending on qualifications) in supporting Telecomsenvironment consisting of Avaya Switches : Aura and Definity, CMS,  Modular messaging & Audix, Avaya One-Xsuite, AES and NICE voice recording platforms.
          Broad levelunderstanding of Network Infrastructure, Internet and Firewalls
          Experience on VoIP.

Desirable
          An Administrationlevel certification such as ACA (Avaya Certified Associate)
          Exposure to Callcenter configurations
          Experience on IVRsystems, Call accounting systems, and wallboard systems
          Involvement withCapacity planning and Traffic Management
          Experience ofsupporting Lans, Wans, Firewalls and Internet infrastructure
          Awareness ofproducts such as Layer 3 Switches, Nokia devices for Checkpoint, Solarwinds
          Familiarity with ITSecurity issues and Business Continuity Management
 
CORE SKILLS:
          Ability toadminister PBX, and Basic ACD configurations. and IP Telephony
          Ability to performbasic administration and manage network infrastructure equipment such as CiscoRouters and Firewalls
          Ability to developsound relationships with service team leaders, other IT functions and customers
          Ability to updateskills and knowledge relating to future trends in Telecom's technology andindustry standards
          Excellent problemsolving skills, a flexible approach with good verbal and written Englishcommunication skills
          Quick Learner
          Abilityto take a structured, methodical, disciplined approach to procedures
Experience         : 2 to 4 yrs
Work Location   :  Mumbai
Notice Period   : Maximum 30 Days
