JOB DETAILS:
 Qualification : Graduate or  Post Graduate.      
 Experience  : Minimum 1 Year ( Areas of Specialization-Insurance, Sales or Marketing).    

CTC/Package: 2.2 to 3.20 Lacks + Lucrative Incentives {Mediclaim for Self & Family + Maternity/ Paternity Leave + PF +  Gratuity + Insurance of Rs.750000}.

Requirements :
1. Excellent Communication Skills.
2. Good Contacts.
3. Own Conveyance is must.

Job Description For Agency or Tied Channel :-
Overall purpose of the Job:*To recruit, train & create high performing FCs to achieve sales targets.  Preferably should have taken promotion in previous insurance organization.Identify potential Financial Consultants (Insurance Agents) based on agreed profiles and ensure recruitment in accordance with the business plan.Train and motivate advisors to provide a better understanding of market/products.Monitor and review agents performance. Help them achieve maximum business .Meet customer on a regular basis for achieving standards.Set targets for consultants (Agents / Advisors), review there performance & consistently raise them.Preference will be given to the candidates who are from same city since long time with good links & contacts
