Job Description

Finance - Fund planning and fund Management coordination with Bank, Locally. - Coordination with Corporate for  transfer of funds & opening of LC & Coordination with marketing. - Cash Flow  Budget vs Actual. - NCA Preparation & Monitoring on daily/weekly/monthly basis.

Accounts - Compliance with Company Accounting Standards covering statutory aspects - Profit & Loss Account Monthly/ Quarterly/Annually/Direction Meeting Papers. - Balance Sheet  Monthly/Quarterly/Annual - Budgeting and monitoring- Monthly/Yearly (Plant) - Excise, Sales Tax, Insurance, VAT Taxation & Liasoning - Audit  Internal/External, Queries settlement. - Checking /Correction of pricing on accounts matters for products. - Ensure implementation of Corporate guideline & policies on all financial matters.

Materials - Prepare Material Plan- Annual/Quarterly/Monthly in coordination with  PPC with reference to Business Plan. - Sourcing, pricing, quality, scheduling & delivery of all materials except  sourcing & pricing of Raw Material & major items under components & consumable. (Being handled by Corporate. - Vendor evaluation & Development annually. - Efficient spares management, receipt /issue system, Item wise inventory levels, 5 S. - Evolving system/norms for inventory control/ABC Analysis based on criticality/value, dead & slow moving items.

Logistics (Dispatch) - Coordination with Marketing/PPC/Production in relation to overall dispatch - Effective management of FG, Space, Manpower, Tools as part of Logistics system. - Developing transporters with optimum rates with quality service and ensuring timely dispatches & leading to customer satisfaction.

IT - Planning all aspects, Budgeting of hardware and software for organizational efficiency, productivity and ensuring efficient execution of the same
