1. Branch Manager ( Agri Business ) --Rural Banking --20 vacancies available all over MP, MH , GJ . RJ , TN .

  Enhancement of deposit pool from customer ( CASA & TD )
  Establishing standards & delivery of service .
  Sale of non-deposit products as applicable
  Cross selling targets for asset products
  Branch Administration
  Regulatory compliance
  Manager productivity , morale of branch personnel
  Managing Branch Audit & ensuring " well controlled " rating .

2. Branch Operation Manager ( Agri Business ) -Rural banking -20 vacancies all over MP, MH , GJ , RJ , TN .

  Lead the service team
  Ensuring Regulatory & Procedural  compliance
  Audit of the branch
  Ensuring Service Excellence to enhance portfolio , control retention & better cross sell.
  Authorize and check SO entries
  Check vouchers to clear transactions above 10 Lakhs
     vault / Key custodian

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. For Branch Manager

  Excellent written and oral communication
  Should have sales orientation .
  Knowledge on asset / liabilities product

  Candidate currently working in operations / back office  in any bank can be considered.
