    Should be able to converse in English
    Open for taking calls in English
    Very Good communication skills
    Comfortable to work in shifts till 12amin night. ( for Female its max 10pm )
    Graduate / Under graduate (2nd Year& Final year plus)
    B. Tech and Technical Graduate is notrequired.
    Typing speed - 20 WPM for inbound &30 WPM for Blended with 80% accuracy
