URG REQ: FINANCIAL CONTROLLER ( to handle multiple branches of a world renowned SPA)

QUAL: CA / CS / ICWA

EXP: 8+ YRS,    Should have handled group of companies / experience in multi branch handling, team handling, Due Diligence , Audit - Cash Expenses.

JD:  analyze the financial
performance /  financial
Planning/ forecasting /budgeting / Cost Management / Internal Controls / Developing and ensuring
systems and controls with compliance to applicable laws, Corporate Governance
and Company Policies. Ensure credibility of Accounting
group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets /Liaison with
internal, statutory and tax auditors / Create, monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budgets / Oversee
daily operations / Manage
the preparation of the official annual report of actual revenues, transfers,
and expenses Ensuring that all resources are used in the most effective
manner.
