The Sales Manager will be identifying and recruiting advisors from their own personal, social and professional network.·  
Have to get the IRDA licensing done and then source business through them.·        
The advisors are on commission basis and not on payroll basis.·        
Can be from insurance and non insurance(any sector) also.

Desired Profile: ·       

 Candidate should have good communication skills;- Minimum stay in region should be for 2 year.·       

 Preferred from all sectors.·        
Should have own conveyance for travelling.
Compensation Structure: Minimum 3 lacs  to 5 lacs, reimbursements 6000 to 15000pm (performance based) plus incentives.
