Team Leader- Insurance/ Real Estate/ Loans/ Stock Market
for a Financial Company which has emerged as a one-stop investment solutions provider.

Min Exp: 1 Year

Job Description:

 The TL will be responsible forTSE Team & scout for potential customers through a combination ofreferrals, relationship with existing clients, corporate activities, &Telecalling.
Will need to ensure that the leads provided by the company are metup through rigorous follow up.
 Candidate should have Good Knowledge of products& calling, Convincing Power, Conversational Skills, Achievement Oriented,Responsiveness to clients /Persuasiveness..

Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruiting 12 Relationship Managers to be worked with under you as a Team Leader to achieve high sales target and managing them.
2. Deliver the sales target.
3. Manage and motivate the Tele Sales and quality performance of a team.
4. Excellent sales and negotiation skills.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Desired candidates must have:-

1. Potential of working as a leader n together as a team.
2. Knowledge of the areas of Delhi/NCR.
