Job Description
Business & Management Objectives:
Achieve Number/ Value target of HNI Savings Account through self sourcing (No team handling)
Achieve Branch-wise Number & Value Plans for the designated Product Line.
Cross-sell and customer activation through a formal program.
Organize activities/campaigns to generate leads.
Generate references from existing customers for NTB Acquisition
Branch-wise Achievement Objectives
Identify, plan and execute sourcing of managed programs from defined segments
Interface with Branch teams at a Cluster Head / Branch Manager / PBA Level to work out specific initiatives, approvals and promos for business generation
KYC Objectives
Ensure implementation of Sales Audit Process and KYC norms for the team and conduct periodic checks as per laid out process.
Maintain Customer Visit Reports on daily basis
Following handover process and maintaing records of PEF/Handover sheets

Full Time Graduate/MBA
Minimum 3 to 12 years of experience in sales from Banking/Concept selling/Space selling/Institutional selling/
